We want you to love your Urban Connect experience. If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, here is everything you need to know about how we handle returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You will need to provide proof of purchase or your order number to initiate the process.

2. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You have a 3-day period from the moment you place your order to request a cancellation.

• If you cancel within this 3-day window and your order has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund immediately.

• If you request a cancellation after 3 days or after the item has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard return, and return shipping rules will apply.

3. Delivery and Return Shipping

• Original Delivery: Delivery terms and timelines are specified at checkout.

• Return Shipping Costs: Unless an item is defective or we made an error with your order, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Conditions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

• Currency: All refunds are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Processing Time: Please allow a few business days for your banking institution to reflect the funds in your account.

5. Right of Refusal and Price Corrections

As noted in our main Terms of Service, Urban Connect reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at any time if we detect:

• An error in product pricing or descriptions.

• Product stock unavailability.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If we cancel an order for any of the reasons above after your payment has gone through, we will issue a full refund immediately.
